Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for booking your tour with Charming Bangladesh! We are committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to make adjustments. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below for information on how we handle cancellations, refunds, and other related matters.

1. Tour Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your trip. To cancel a tour booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date: You are eligible for a full refund minus any booking fees or non-refundable charges.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours before the tour date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
  • For cancellations on the tour date: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided unless extenuating circumstances, such as illness or emergencies (documentation may be required).

2. Tour Modifications

If you wish to change the date of your tour or swap your booking for another tour, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Some modifications may incur additional charges depending on the new booking’s terms and conditions.

3. Refund Process

Once a cancellation is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any transaction fees or costs associated with booking services (e.g., accommodation, transportation) may be non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the tour.

5. Tour Cancellations by Charming Bangladesh

In rare cases where we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient booking), you will be notified as soon as possible. We will offer you:

  • A full refund for the tour price, or
  • The option to reschedule the tour for another available date.

6. Refunds for Substandard Experiences

If the tour you participated in was significantly different from the description provided on our website or failed to meet agreed-upon standards, please contact us within 7 days of your tour to request a review. We will investigate the issue and offer a refund or alternative arrangements where applicable.

7. Non-refundable Items or Services

Certain items or services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Special custom tours or private bookings that were made specifically for your group
  • Third-party services such as airfare, train tickets, or event tickets
  • Any fees associated with non-refundable services like insurance or additional activity bookings

8. International Bookings

For international tours, please be aware that specific cancellation terms may apply depending on the destination and service providers. We will inform you of these terms when you book, and you are expected to abide by them.
